You can book your experience directly through our site. Select your workshop, date, time, and complete registration in just a few clicks. Each session includes all materials needed to create your cosmetic chemistry project — from gloss bases to pigments and tools.

We do our best to accommodate requests as long as we have available space and staff.

Yes — Black to the Lab offers private experiences for birthdays, troop meetings, corporate groups, and school programming.

Private workshops include set-up, materials, guided instruction, and a individual cosmetic creation for every participant.

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your workshop begins:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a refund.
• Reschedules made 48+ hours in advance can be moved to a new date based on availability.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, due to material preparation and staffing.
  

Because the Tulsa Beauty Collective pop-up ends February 28, 2026:

• All reschedule requests must be made no later than February 21, 2026.
• Rescheduled sessions must take place before February 28, 2026.
• Sessions cannot be transferred past the closing date or applied to future locations.
  

Eligible refunds are issued automatically when possible. Cash and non-supported payment types will be refunded manually.

For ages 6–11, a guardian must stay onsite (you’re welcome to hang out in the space).

For ages 12+, parents may drop off. All workshops are staffed by trained instructors, and safety practices are followed at every station.
